The Marketing and Communications Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of integrated marketing projects across O Beach Ibiza, Dubai, and the Music division. This person will act as the central hub between creative, digital, and social teams, coordinating campaign rollouts and ensuring brand consistency across all channels and territories.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination
- Manage end-to-end campaign timelines, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with marketing goals.
- Create and maintain detailed project trackers and timelines for key campaigns (e.g. season launches, events, brand collaborations, partnerships).
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g. events, content, partnerships) to gather briefs and ensure flawless execution.
2. Communications & Copywriting
- Oversee all brand messaging across social media, websites, newsletters, press releases, and internal communications.
- Write or supervise high-quality copy in line with the brand tone of voice for all external and internal assets.
- Develop and maintain content calendars in coordination with social and digital teams.
3. Cross-Departmental Alignment
- Act as a liaison between Ibiza and Dubai teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and aligned campaign delivery.
- Coordinate communication assets for in-venue activations and branded experiences.
4. Team Support & Management
- Provide strategic and operational support to the Brand Director on ongoing marketing efforts.
- Mentor junior marketing team members on communication strategies, tone of voice, and campaign delivery.
- Organise and lead regular meetings for cross-functional marketing updates.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment industries.
- Strong background in project and team coordination.
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills in English — Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable using tools such as Excel, Google Drive, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
