HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

Members earn points when their Membership App Card with QR code is scanned in venue before they pay their final bill at O Beach Ibiza or O Beach Dubai venues.

€1 Euro spend in Ibiza or 4 AED Spend in Dubai earns 1 Point. For example, €1000 Euro spend earns 1000 points, and 4000 AED Spend, earns 1000 points.
To earn your points, inform your O Beach server you are an Inner Circle Member before you pay your final bill at either the O Beach Ibiza or O Beach Dubai venue.

Show your App Membership Card with QR Code to the server, who will scan the code to earn the points from your total spend on your final bill*.

Your new points balance amount will show on your Member Account within the next 24 hours. You will be able to redeem your value from your 4% spend on your next final bill at a O Beach venue.

*Total spend is the total monetary value on your final bill paid in venue that includes cover charge, Tax but excludes Service Charge. Service charge payments are excluded from points earning.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY 4% OF SPEND IN O BEACH VENUES?

Members will receive 4% of their eligible net spend back as a redeemable value against your next final bill payment at your next visit to either the O Beach Ibiza or O Beach Dubai venue. You can see on your App Home Page how much points value is available to redeem from your balance. Redeemable values are only available to use against a final bill within the O Beach Ibiza or O Beach Dubai venues only. It is not possible to redeem the value on O Beach websites. 

To redeem:  
Before you pay your final bill, inform your O Beach server the points value amount you wish to redeem against your final bill or use as full payment on a purchase. 
Show your Membership App with QR code to your server to be scanned before bill payment.
Confirm to your server the points value amount you wish to redeem against your final bill.
Your server will deduct the redeemable value amount off your final bill (subject to you having the points value on your Member account). 
Following redemption, your new points balance and redeemable value will show on your Member Account within the next 24 hours.                                                                                                                                  
The redeemable value cannot be given as physical cash, refunded or transferred to a bank card.

HOW DO I REDEEM A 'YOUR REWARDS' OFFER?

Go to the Your Rewards section in your App to see your available Rewards for O Beach Ibiza, O Beach Dubai, our Ibiza sister venues and valued brand partners. 

When a Reward is to be claimed inside the venue, 
Please ensure you notify your venue server you wish to redeem your Reward before paying your final bill. 

Show the details of the specific Reward on your Membership App screen to the Server and they will apply the Reward benefit to your final bill, subject to the eligibility criteria of your Reward. 
When a Reward is to be redeemed digitally or in-App via the contact form, 
Follow the instructions on how to claim the reward from the Reward details and subject to the eligibility criteria.

HOW DOES THE MEMBERSHIP TIERS WORK?

There are four Membership tiers of The Inner Circle Membership scheme. Orange, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Membership. Members will become Gold, Platinum and Diamond Members based on their total spend (excluding service charges) accrued on their Membership Account over 1 calendar year from 01 January to 31 December.

The Orange Membership is the first tier of The Inner Circle’s Membership scheme and free to join. A Member will become an Orange Tier Member based on accruing a total spend from €0 to €4,999 Euros or AED 0 to AED 19,999 on their Membership Account over 1 calendar year from 01 January to 31 December.

The Gold Membership is the second tier of The Inner Circle’s Membership scheme. A Member will become a Gold Tier Member based on accruing a total spend from €5,000 to €9,999 Euros or AED 20,000 to AED 39,999 on their Membership Account over 1 calendar year from 01 January to 31 December.

The Platinum Membership is the third tier of The Inner Circle’s Membership scheme. A Member will become a Platinum Tier Member based on accruing a total spend of €10,000 to €19,999 Euros or AED 40,000 to AED 79,999 on their Membership Account over 1 calendar year from 01 January to 31 December.

The Diamond Membership is the fourth tier of The Inner Circle’s Membership scheme. A Member will become a Diamond Tier Member based on accruing a total spend of €20,000 Euros and over, or AED 80,000 and over on their Membership Account over 1 calendar year from 01 January to 31 December.

If a Member does not achieve or retain a level of spend in line with their Membership Tier spend range within a calendar year, on 01 January of the next calendar year, the Member will drop down to the Tier that reflects their total spend accrued on their account over the most recent full calendar year.

O Beach reserves the right to not demote a member if a member’s Tier threshold is not renewed or achieved.

HOW DO I TRANSFER POINTS FROM MY BALANCE TO A FRIEND WHO HAS AN O BEACH INNER CIRCLE MEMBER ACCOUNT?

Go to Home on the App. Check your available points balance, shown in the circle icon.

Go to the Points Transfer page, accessible via the top right navigation. If your Member Friend is not in your App Contact List, please add them using their email address and Membership Account Number details. 

You can find the Membership Account Number on their Membership Card with QR Code.

Once added to your Contact List you can select them on the Points Transfer page and insert the amount of Points you wish to transfer to them.

CAN I ADD POINTS LATER IF I FORGET TO SHOW MY CARD?

Members can only earn points when they present their Membership Card App with QR Code for scanning in the O Beach Ibiza or Dubai venues.

If a Member wishes to request for points to be added retrospectively, this request must be made within 4 weeks of their visit date to our Ibiza or Dubai venue to support@obeach.app (or via the contact form in App) and accompanied by an image of the receipt in question and booking reference number related to the receipt.

If verified by O Beach, the Helpdesk will add the points.
