Welcome to the O Beach Inner Circle Membership scheme

Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy 

These terms were most recently updated on 24 July 2025.

1. This agreement sets out the terms and conditions (Terms) that governs your use as a registered account holder (Member or Membership) of The Inner Circle Membership scheme (referred to as The Inner Circle App) including all services (The Inner Circle Membership Services) provided through The Inner Circle Membership App. For full details on our Terms of Use and Terms of Service please see Part 1 and Part 2 below.

2. The Inner Circle Membership Services are operated by ICE MOUNTAIN IBIZA SL incorporated and registered in Spain with company number 57704124 whose registered office is at 12-14 Carrer Des Moli, San Antonio, 07820, Ibiza, Illes Balears (“O Beach”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”)

3. Please note, we offer The Inner Circle Membership App free of charge.

4. In addition to the above, Part 3 below sets out our Privacy Policy. It is here that you will find out your and our respective rights and obligations in connection with applicable data protection laws when registering as a Member. If you choose to use The Inner Circle Membership App, our Privacy Policy apply and form part of these Terms.

5. Please note that your access and use of The Inner Circle Membership App are subject to these Terms and by using The Inner Circle Membership App you agree to be bound by them. We amend these Terms from time to time, and we will inform you beforehand. However, every time you wish to use The Inner Circle Membership App, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.

6. Finally, we may update and change The Inner Circle Membership App from time to time to reflect changes to The Inner Circle Membership Services, our Members’ needs and/or our business demands. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any material changes.

7. This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Spain.

Part 1

Terms of Use

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using The Inner Circle Membership App.

1. Becoming a Member

1.1. To become a Member please go to The Inner Circle App (for Android™ or iPhone® device) and follow the prompts to create an account. To create a Membership account, you will be required to provide the following information:

1.1.1. first and last name, email address, password, mobile phone number and date of birth;

1.2. Your Membership will be automatically activated once you have successfully registered for an account with us. Your account details will then be available on Inner Circle Membership database. By creating an account, you consent to receiving email marketing communications and in-App post notifications from the O Beach group of companies and selected third party partners connected to O Beach and the Inner Circle Membership scheme. Please note, it is your responsibility to ensure that any registration details that you submit are accurate and to establish that your account is active. You can check this by signing into The Inner Circle Membership App or by contacting The Inner Circle App Help Desk (support@obeach.app) to raise a support ticket.

1.3. Please note that any accounts which are not active shall not be entitled to any points, rewards and/or any other Membership benefits. Furthermore, any potential points that you could have earned prior to your account being activated will be forfeit.

1.4. By becoming a Member you agree to:

1.4.1. not use The Inner Circle Membership App for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to sending or storing any unlawful material or for fraudulent purposes;

1.4.2. only use The Inner Circle Membership App for your sole, personal use and will not resell it to a third party;

1.4.3. not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or legal entity;

1.4.4. not use The Inner Circle Membership App to cause annoyance, inconvenience or nuisance;

1.4.5. not authorise others to use your Membership;

1.4.6. not copy, or distribute The Inner Circle Membership App or other Inner Circle Membership Content without our prior written consent; and/or

1.4.7. provide us with whatever proof of identity we may reasonably request.

2. Age requirement

2.1. Membership is only available to persons aged 18 and over, or the legal age required according to each nationality.

3. Membership, passwords and security

3.1. It is your responsibility to ensure your equipment (mobile phone, computer or any other electronic device) meets any technical specification that may be required to access and use The Inner Circle Membership App.

3.2. Any registration details (for example, email address and password) that you use as part of our security process, must at all times be treated as confidential and you must not disclose them to anyone else. You will be responsible for all activities and transactions that take place via your account and you must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use or other security breach.

3.3. You are required to notify us of any change of personal and contact details. Please note we will not be responsible for any loss of points resulting from you failing to notify us of any change in personal details (including contact details).

3.4 Current employees of O Beach, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries and the employees or owners of businesses within the Ice Mountain Ibiza S.L. portfolio (collectively, “Employees”) are eligible to participate in The Inner Circle Membership scheme as set forth herein but are subject to certain exceptions of The Inner Circle Membership Terms and Conditions in accordance with the O Beach employee policies and operational procedures.

3.5. It is strictly prohibited for you to have more than one membership of The Inner Circle Membership App. Your Membership is non-transferrable and may not be accessed by, sold to, combined with the membership of, or otherwise dealt with by, anyone else. We may immediately suspend or terminate your Membership if we have reason to believe that you have breached any part of these Terms, including (but not limited to):

3.5.1. holding multiple Memberships;

3.5.2. being a commercial business entity of any description;

3.5.3. allowing any third party to access or use your Membership; and/or

3.5.4. providing inaccurate or fraudulent information in connection with your use of The Inner Circle Membership App or otherwise in connection with your Membership.

3.6. If for whatever reason your Membership is terminated, then we may, without limitation:

3.6.1. cancel any pending, current or future points, rewards, cash value balance and/or any other unredeemed rewards or benefits that are associated with your Membership; and

3.6.2. reject or prevent you from joining The Inner Circle Membership scheme under a new account.

3.7. We reserve the right to suspend any account, at any time (at our discretion), if you have failed to comply with any of these Terms. In the case of misuse all Memberships of persons involved may be deleted along with any associated points, cash value balance and rewards, this may also include a ban from visiting any venue operated by Ice Mountain Ibiza S.L., IMI IBIZA ENTERTAINMENTS LLC CO, its affiliates and subsidiaries.

4. Conditions of use

4.1. Unless otherwise set out in these Terms, you may not use The Inner Circle Membership App (or any part thereof):

4.1.1. in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;

4.1.2. in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;

4.1.3. to interfere with or in any way disrupt the integrity and/or performance of The Inner Circle Membership App, scheme or any content or data contained therein;

4.1.4. to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not belong to you or that you have no right to use;

4.1.5. to transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam);

4.1.6. to knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware;

4.1.7. to launch any kind of automatic or manual device, process, or means to access, copy, search, or monitor any portion of The Inner Circle Membership Services or O Beach Content;

4.1.8. to launch an automated program or script, including, but not limited to, web spiders, web crawlers, web robots, web ants, web indexers, bots, viruses or worms, or any program which may make multiple server requests per second, or unduly burdens or hinders the operation and/or performance of The Inner Circle Membership App;

4.1.9. to license, sub-license, sell, resell, transfer, assign, provide, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party The Inner Circle Membership App in any way;

4.1.10. to modify and/or make derivative works based upon The Inner Circle Membership App; and/or

4.1.11. to reverse engineer or access The Inner Circle Membership App in order to:

(a) design or build a competitive product or service;

(b) design or build a product using similar ideas, features, functions or graphics of The Inner Circle Membership App; or

(c) copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics of The Inner Circle Membership App.

4.2. Furthermore, you agree not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt:

4.2.1. any part of The Inner Circle Membership App;

4.2.2. any equipment or network on which The Inner Circle Membership App is stored or hosted;

4.2.3. any software used in the provision of The Inner Circle Membership App; or

4.2.4. any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party.

4.3. By using The Inner Circle Membership App, you hereby acknowledge that whilst we do not have an obligation to monitor your access to or use of The Inner Circle Membership App or review or edit any Member Generated Content, we will have the right to do so for the purpose of operating  The Inner Circle Membership App to ensure compliance with these Terms and/or applicable law or as otherwise required by an order or requirement of a competent court or other judicial body. We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to immediately remove or disable your Membership (without any liability) if we, in our sole discretion, consider you to have breached any of these Terms.

5. Member Generated Content

5.1. The Inner Circle Membership App at times may allow you to submit, transmit, post or otherwise provide content including (without limitation) reviews, comments, ratings, photos, images, text data, links and location information, send emails and other communications and submit suggestions, question, ideas and other information (Member Generated Content).

5.2. Member Generated Content must be unbiased and objective and not:

5.2.1. be illegal, obscene, threatening, inciteful of violence or hatred, discriminatory (on any grounds), racist, defamatory, likely to cause anxiety or embarrassment, be knowingly false or misleading or in any way not be in compliance with applicable laws;

5.2.2. contain, transmit or distribute any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, marketing or promotional material (including any sponsored or paid reviews if the sponsorship or payment is undisclosed in the material) or be “spam” in any kind of form (including, but not limited to, political campaigns, chain letters, and mass mailings);

5.2.3. impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead or misrepresent as to the origin of the Member Generated Content;

5.2.4. in any way infringe any intellectual property rights or data protection, privacy or other rights of any other person; and/or

5.2.5. transmit software, any virus and/or other code that has destructive elements.

5.3. By submitting any reviews, ratings, comments or including any other Member Generated Content through The Inner Circle Membership App, you grant us and our group a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable (throughout our group) right and licence to use, modify, reproduce, adapt, translate, publish, create derivative works from, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit such Member Generated Content (in whole or in part), and, where applicable, you waive any commercial rights you may have in the Member Generated Content you submit in favour of us.

5.4. Whilst we do not control any material submitted by Members, we reserve the sole right (at our discretion), to edit, delete and modify any Member Generated Content submitted by you at any time without notice to you. Any complaints regarding Member Generated Content should be sent to support@obeach.app.

6. App Licence and Intellectual Property

6.1. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to enter and use The Inner Circle Membership App, solely to support your use of The Inner Circle Membership Services.

6.2. All intellectual property rights in or arising out of or in connection with The Inner Circle Membership App (including text, graphics, data, software, video, photographs and other videos, images, sound, logos and trade marks) (collectively O Beach Content) and any other suggestions, feedback or other information provided by you (or any other party) relating to The Inner Circle Membership Services shall at all times be owned by us (or our licensors). You will have no intellectual property rights in, or to The Inner Circle Membership App and/or The Inner Circle Membership Services other than the right to access and use The Inner Circle Membership App and The Inner Circle Membership Services in accordance with these Terms

6.3. The trade mark of The Inner Circle to be used for all promotion, advertising and marketing of The Inner Circle, together with any associated artwork, design, slogan, text and other collateral marketing signs of O Beach that are to be used in connection with the Event. 7. Links

Where The Inner Circle Membership App contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. Such links should not be interpreted as any kind of endorsement or approval by us of those linked websites or information you may obtain from them. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources.

8. Disclaimers

8.1. Although we make reasonable efforts to keep The Inner Circle Membership App safe and secure, we cannot guarantee that The Inner Circle Membership App is free from viruses and/or any other harmful code that may have contaminating or destructive elements. It is therefore your responsibly to ensure you obtain and maintain adequate IT security safeguards (including anti-virus software) to ensure your device is protected.

8.2. Whilst we try to make sure that all information contained on The Inner Circle Membership App (other than any member-generated content) is accurate and correct, you understand that the access and use of The Inner Circle Membership App is at your own risk and is being provided to you on an “as is” basis. We cannot guarantee The Inner Circle Membership App and/or The Inner Circle Membership Services will be continuous, uninterrupted or error- free. Certain parts, features or content of The Inner Circle Membership App may at times be unavailable or may be withdrawn, modified or suspended by us, at our sole discretion, without notice to you. In such circumstances, you hereby agree that we will not be liable to you for any withdrawal, suspension, modification or unavailability of The Inner Circle Membership App or any part, feature or content of The Inner Circle Membership App

8.3. In addition to the above, we make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, correctness, quality, integrity, fitness for purpose or originality of any content on The Inner Circle Membership App, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, conditions and other terms of any kind are hereby excluded. We accept no liability for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of you using The Inner Circle Membership App, The Inner Circle Membership Services or any O Beach content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE (AND OUR SUBSIDIARIES, SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS OR THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE MEMBER OR ANY OTHER PERSON LINKED WITH IT FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE THE INNER CIRCLE MEMBERSHIP APP, THE INNER CIRCLE MEMBERSHIP SERVICES OR ANY O BEACH CONTENT BY THE MEMBER INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, HOWEVER, CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE TERMINATION THEREOF, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND WHATSOEVER FOR ANY REASON RELATED TO THESE TERMS.

8.4. Nothing in these terms shall limit or affect any loss or damage for death or personal injury as a result of our negligence.

8.5. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall have no rights under the contract (arts. 1254 and subsequent) Spanish Civil Code) to enforce any of its terms.

9. Force Majeure

Force majeure events, understood as any cause or circumstance beyond our (and Members)  reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, failures in third-party supplies or transportation systems, natural disasters, pandemics, riots, labor conflicts, sabotage, acts, omissions or interventions of any kind by any government or its agencies, suspension of acts and events by third parties, and other causes contemplated by applicable law, which prevent the full or partial execution of the Terms, exempt us from all liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute between you and us regarding these Terms, The Inner Circle Membership App or The Inner Circle Membership Services, shall be governed and dealt with by the laws of Spain or, where applicable, by the local legislation applicable to each Member. You and us both agree, with the express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may otherwise correspond to them, that the courts of Spain (Barcelona) will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Part 2

Terms of Service

1. Participating Venues

1.1. Part B of these Terms sets out how you, as a Member, may accumulate points, redemptions and certain rewards every time you visit one of our participating venues namely O Beach Ibiza and O Beach Dubai (the “Participating Venues”) by using your Membership App  at the time of your visit.

2. Membership Points

2.1. Your Membership is not a store card or a credit card, it is the way in which we show our appreciation of your loyalty by rewarding you every time you visit a Participating Venue. Please note that any points you accumulate will not have any monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

2.2. We reserve the right at any time to adjust your points and rewards where we have reason to suspect you have breached these Terms or that fraudulent activity has occurred. As mentioned in Part 1 above, you are liable for any unauthorised use of your Membership.

2.3. To earn and redeem points Members must present their Membership App Card with QR code at the time of requesting the final bill at the Participating Venue. Please note, the redemption or earning of points are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion (unless expressly stated on the promotion in question’s terms and conditions).

2.4. Member can only earn points when making your bookings at the Participating Venues via O Beach websites, App and in-venue sales and the final bill is paid in venue. Points will not be earned on bookings made via third parties.

Please note points may:

2.4.1. take up to 24 hours to show up on your Membership point balance in your Membership account after visiting a Participating Venue; and

2.4.2. only be earned on eligible total spend from food, drink, celebration package purchases, cover charges and tax within the Participating Venues only. Total spend is defined as all payments due and paid in full on a final bill excluding any service charge(s) that may be payable. Points cannot be earned on any service charge(s) that may be payable. If you choose to redeem points to pay for all or part of your final bill within a Participating Venue, you are only eligible for points earnings on any updated sub-total of the bill amount paid by cash / card payment. Redeemable values can not be used to pay service charge payments.

2.5. You must collect points at the time you visit a Participating Venue and present your Membership App Card with QR code. Except for special circumstances, we reserve the right to refuse to add points retrospectively to a Membership. If a Member wishes to request for any points to be added retrospectively then this request must be made within 4 weeks of the visit date to support@obeach.app, and accompanied with an image of the receipt in question.

2.6. When you collect points from a final bill payment any points available may only be collected by a single Member. In other words, the full total of any points due from payment of total spend from a final bill (excluding service charge) at a Participating Venue cannot be given to more than one Member. Once the Member has received their points in their Account balance, they can opt to transfer an amount of available points to their Member contact(s) within the Membership App.

3. Prize Draws and Promotions

3.1. Only eligible Members may enter prize draws. We reserve the right to declare null and void any prize won by a Member who does not meet the eligibility criteria.

3.2. To be an eligible Member for a prize draw the entrant must:

3.2.1. be an active Member as defined within these Terms;

3.2.2. be in a tier of Membership eligible to enter a prize draw;

3.2.3. meet any further eligibility criteria in order to enter a prize draw.

3.3. Only one prize draw entry is allowed per eligible Member.

4. Membership Tiers

4.1. There are four Membership tiers of The Inner Circle Membership scheme. Orange, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Membership. Members will become Gold, Platinum and Diamond Members based on their total spend (excluding Service Charge) accrued on their Membership Account over 1 calendar year from 01 January to 31 December.

4.2. The Orange Membership is the first tier of The Inner Circle’s Membership scheme and free to join. A Member will become an Orange Tier Member based on accruing a total spend from €0 to €4,999 Euros or AED 0 to AED 19,999 on their Membership Account over 1 calendar year from 01 January to 31 December.

4.3. The Gold Membership is the second tier of The Inner Circle’s Membership scheme. A Member will become a Gold Tier Member based on accruing a total spend from €5,000 to €9,999 Euros or AED 20,000 to AED 39,999 on their Membership Account over 1 calendar year from 01 January to 31 December.

4.4. The Platinum Membership is the third tier of The Inner Circle’s Membership scheme. A Member will become a Platinum Tier Member based on accruing a total spend of €10,000 to €19,999 Euros or AED 40,000 to AED 79,999 on their Membership Account over 1 calendar year from 01 January to 31 December.

4.5. The Diamond Membership is the fourth tier of The Inner Circle’s Membership scheme. A Member will become a Diamond Tier Member based on accruing a total eligible net spend of €20,000 Euros and over, or AED 80,000 and over on their Membership Account over 1 calendar year from 01 January to 31 December.

4.6. If a Member does not achieve or retain a level of spend in line with their Membership Tier spend range within a calendar year, on 01 January of the next calendar year, the Member will drop down to the Tier that reflects their total spend (excluding Service Charge) accrued on their account over the most recent full calendar year. O Beach reserves the right to not demote a member if a member’s Tier threshold is not renewed or achieved.

5. Earning and Redeeming Points

5.1. You will receive 1 (ONE) point for every €1 or AED 4 of total spend (excluding service charge) on a final bill at Participating Venues. Members only earn points when their Membership App Card with QR code is scanned before they pay their final bill at Participating Venues.

5.2. To earn your points, Members are to inform your Participating Venues’ server you are an Inner Circle Member before you pay your final bill at any of the Participating Venues. Show your App Membership Card with QR Code to the server, who will scan the code to earn the points from payment of your total spend (excluding Service Charge) on your final bill. Your new points balance amount will show on your Member Account within the App within the next 24 hours. Total spend is the total amount on your final bill paid in venue, which includes any tax due (e.g. IVA or VAT) but excludes any service charges payment.

5.3. Points cannot be earned from complimentary spend, redeemable value from The Inner Circle Membership App or gifted spend.

6. Redeemable Value

6.1. Members will receive 4% of their total spend back as a redeemable value against your final bill payment at your next visit to the Participating Venues only. You can see on The Inner Circle Membership App Member account balance how much redeemable value you can redeem. It is not possible to use the redeemable value on O Beach website payments or within any other venues owned by or affiliated with Ice Mountain Ibiza S.L or IMI IBIZA ENTERTAINMENTS LLC CO that is not a Participating Venue.

1 POINT EARNED VIA TOTAL SPEND (EXCLUDING SERVICE CHARGE) IS WORTH €0.04 IN SPAIN OR 0.16 AED IN DUBAI IN REDEEMABLE VALUE DURING YOUR NEXT VISIT TO THE PARTICIPATING VENUES.

6.2 To redeem:

6.2.1. Before you pay your final bill, inform your O Beach server the redeemable value amount you wish to redeem against your final bill or use as full payment on a purchase (excluding payments for service charge). Show your Membership App with QR code to your server to be scanned before bill payment is made. Confirm to your server the redeemable value you wish to use against your final bill. Your server will deduct the redeemable value amount off your final bill (subject to you having the value redeemable on your Member account balance). Following redemption, your new points balance and redeemable value will show on your Member Account within the next 24 hours.
By way of example, if a Member has 2000 points on their Membership account balance, this is worth 80€ or AED 320 as a redeemable value.

6.3. Points Transfer Between Members

6.3.1. A member can transfer points from their points balance to another member’s account that they have added to their ‘My Contacts’ list in The Inner Circle Membership App.

7. Bonus Points

7.1. Bonus points will be allocated to Members when they join The Inner Circle Membership and advance to the Gold, Platinum or Diamond Membership Tiers.

7.2. Bonus points will be applied where advertised within the Membership App if a member takes certain incentivised actions, for example, referring a friends to join The Inner Circle Membership.

7.3. Bonus points for the completion of an incentivised action or achievement will appear on the Member’s accounts within 24 hours of the completed action.

7.4. A member cannot transfer Bonus points from their points balance to another member’s account.

8. Membership Benefits and Rewards

8.1. All Rewards offered as part of The Inner Circle Membership scheme are outlined within the ‘Your Rewards’ section of The Inner Circle Membership App, and on the O Beach websites. All terms and conditions of each Reward are outlined within the Reward App pop-up page visible in the Your Rewards section of the App.

8.2. To qualify for a Reward (a “Reward”), the Member must meet the eligibility criteria, reward terms and conditions and have the required Membership Tier status. Rewards to be redeemed in accordance with the redemption instructions.

8.3. It is solely the responsibility of the Member to be informed about The Inner Circle Membership scheme and to redeem the specific Reward(s) at the relevant venue location, in-App or third-party website as instructed.

8.4. The Reward may be issued to The Inner Circle Member, or to any other person, as directed by the Member. Once issued, the Reward is not transferable and may be used only by the Member who has access to the Reward via their Membership Account. If a person other than the designated Member attempts to redeem the Reward, the Reward will be deemed void.

8.5. Rewards may not be sold, auctioned, bartered, brokered, purchased or otherwise transferred except with the express written consent of O Beach and in line with the Reward terms and conditions. Any Reward obtained in that manner without the required consent will be considered to have been fraudulently obtained and deemed void. Altered Rewards are void. Voided Rewards will not be honoured.

8.6. All Rewards are subject to certain restrictions. See the terms and condition which apply to each specific Reward in the My Rewards section of The Inner Circle Membership App. We shall not be held liable for any reward provided by a third party, only third party terms and conditions may apply. Rewards may not be combined with other discounts, packages or promotional offers unless otherwise specified in writing by O Beach. Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes or credit. Rewards are void where copied, prohibited or restricted by law.

8.7. Where stated Points may be deducted from the Member’s account for a Reward. O Beach is not responsible and assumes no liability for any Reward that our third partners provide or fail to provide.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1. We reserve the right to change, modify and/or eliminate any points and/or rewards or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to The Inner Circle Membership scheme at any time and in our sole discretion.

9.2. We reserve the right to cancel the The Inner Circle Membership App and its Services at any time for commercial reasons related to our internal operations. This fact will be notified to the Members, who will have twelve (12) months from the date of notification to redeem, transfer, or convert all Points in their Account. After this period, all Points accumulated by the Members will be automatically canceled, with no right to any compensation in favor of the Members, and from that moment on, Members will have no claims against us or any company within its group for this reason.

9.3. The Inner Circle Membership App and its Services may be canceled without prior notice or liability if circumstances of force majeure or legal requirements arise that prevent its continuation or development, in which case the provisions above shall not apply.

9.4. We reserve the right to “deactivate” and terminate your Membership account if it has been inactive for three (3) consecutive years. Inactivity is defined as no points earned during such three (3) consecutive year period. In the event that your Membership or account is deactivated or rendered inactive, all accrued points in your account are void.

9.5. The invalidity of one or more provisions of these Terms shall not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms; in the event that one or more of the provisions of this Terms should be held invalid or should operate to render this Terms or any other agreement or instrument invalid, this Terms and such other agreements and instruments shall be construed as if such invalid provisions had not been included in this Terms.

10. In-App Bookings and Reservations

10.1. Members can make bookings and reservations for e-tickets, bed, booth, restaurant and celebration package bookings in-App for the Participating Venues.

4.1. We collect identity data and contact data when you set up your account in The Inner Circle Membership App and when you contact us about The Inner Circle Membership App to report issues or ask for support.

4.2. We collect technical data, profile data and usage data automatically when you use The Inner Circle Membership App. This is data about your equipment, usage actions and patterns of usage. We may receive technical data if you visit other websites using links within The Inner Circle Membership App.

(b) Companies approved by you, such as social media sites (if you choose to link your accounts to us).

8.3. We may also be required to disclose your personal data to the police or other enforcement, regulatory or Government body upon a valid request to do so. These requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and we will always take your privacy into consideration before sharing.

We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
