DOOR POLICY
Anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted entry into the venue.
• Guests found to be under the age of 18 will be refused entry or removed
from the venue without refund, regardless of whether entry has been
previously granted in error.
Every person entering O Beach Ibiza must present a valid form of physical
photographic identification in the form of either a passport or driving licence.
Entry may be refused without valid ID, and no refunds will be issued under
these circumstances.
• The management reserves the right to refuse admission to and/or eject any
person appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or
otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately.
Entry and continued admission are subject to compliance with our dress
code and behavioural standards. Inappropriate, aggressive, or disruptive
behaviour may result in refusal of entry or removal from the venue.
Any form of physical aggression, verbal abuse, harassment, or
discriminatory behaviour towards staff or other guests will result in
immediate removal without refund. Please note that refunds will not be
issued under any of these circumstances.
• Management reserves the right to close any area of the venue temporarily or
restrict access, and to change operating hours, event schedules, or entry
procedures without prior notice, where required for safety, legal
compliance, or operational reasons. No refunds will be issued in such
circumstances.
• To ensure safety, we reserve the right to conduct security searches of your
person, clothing, bags and all other items on entry and exit and reserve the
right to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to others.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, illegal substances,
weapons, sharp objects, glass containers, and any items considered
unsafe or disruptive by management.
• Guests must comply with all instructions from our management and
security teams at all times. These measures are in place to ensure the
safety and enjoyment of all visitors. Failure to comply may result in
immediate removal from the venue.• Food and drink purchased elsewhere are not allowed into the day club, this
also includes food and drink from the THB Ocean Beach Hotel and Bonito
Ibiza.
• Entry to the venue is at the manager’s discretion. Any person refusing to
follow venue rules or safety regulations – including those relating to public
bathing and swimming – may be asked to leave the premises.
• O Beach Ibiza’s opening and closing times may vary daily. Management
reserves the right to amend operating hours, close the venue earlier than
scheduled, or adjust event timings at its discretion for operational, safety,
or weather-related reasons. No
refunds or compensation will be issued in such circumstances.
• Please note that SLR Cameras and unauthorised video cameras are not
permitted at any time. If you wish to record inside, please contact our
marketing team at least a week in advance.
• Selfie sticks are also not permitted.
• By entering O Beach Ibiza, you consent to being photographed or filmed and
agree that any resulting images or recordings may be used, reproduced, or
published by O Beach Ibiza for promotional or commercial purposes, in any
media, without compensation or further approval.
• Animals are not permitted in the venue.
• O Beach Ibiza provides accessible routes and facilities, including
entrances, restrooms, and key common areas, to accommodate
wheelchair users. Please note that certain elevated or poolside areas may
have limited accessibility due to the venue’s layout. Our team will always
assist guests to ensure the most suitable and comfortable arrangements.
• Once guests have exited the venue, re-entry will not be permitted under any
circumstances.
• Please always be aware of your belongings. O Beach Ibiza is not responsible
for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items within the venue.
• Please always be vigilant with your drinks. O Beach Ibiza is not responsible
for any unattended alcohol or beverages once served. Guests are reminded
not to leave drinks unattended.
• No credit or debit card details are stored once payment has been
processed and the receipt signed on the day of the booking.• All payments are processed securely through our approved payment
provider. O Beach Ibiza does not collect or store any financial information.
Guests booking via email will receive a secure payment link to complete
their transaction.
• All payments are made via a secure connection. For more information,
please refer to the terms of our payment provider. As all transactions are
processed in Euros (€), the final amount charged in other currencies will be
determined by your bank’s exchange rate at the time of payment.
• O Beach Ibiza accepts payments via cryptocurrency through our approved
processor, BitNovo. We do not receive cryptocurrency directly, nor do we
assume any responsibility for currency fluctuations. All transactions are
settled in Euros (€), with the equivalent value deposited into our account.
• Refunds to Visa credit cards cannot be processed directly by O Beach Ibiza
due to Visa’s customer protection policies. Guests wishing to dispute a
payment must contact their card issuer to request a chargeback. The issuer
will investigate the transaction with the merchant, and if the claim is
approved, a credit will be applied to the customer’s account.
• Guests who require medication (including insulin or temperature-sensitive
treatments) are welcome to inform staff on arrival or in advance of their
visit. Security will provide clear guidance on the available options for
medication, which can either be:
• Kept on the guest’s person entirely at their own risk and responsibility, or
• Stored securely with our on-site medical team in the infirmary, where
refrigeration is available if needed.
Guests may access the infirmary at any time if they wish to store or self-
administer medication privately. O Beach Ibiza accepts no liability for any
medication retained by the guest or not collected at the end of the day.
LOUNGER & BED / TABLE BOOKINGS
• All Lounger, Bed and Table bookings at O Beach are based on a cover charge
plus a minimum spend agreement. (This excludes Ibiza Spray events).
• The cover charge is the hire cost of the bed or table and includes venue
entry for the number of guests specified in the booking. It is not a separate
entry ticket and cannot be used independently of the reservation.
• The minimum spend is the minimum amount your party commits to spend
that day on food and drink from the venue. If you do not reach yourminimum spend during the hours of the event, you will not be refunded the
difference, and the remaining amount cannot be transferred to another
booking or event.
• To complete your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including events
beyond our control; however, you may request to move your booking to
another date within the same year if you contact us at least 7 days prior to
your original reservation date (subject to availability).
• A 10% discretionary service charge is added to all final bill on the day.
• Any changes to reservations made from November 2025 onward must be
requested at least 7 days prior to the reservation date. After this time,
deposits will be non-refundable and non-transferable. Each booking may be
changed once only within the same calendar year, subject to availability.
Further changes will not be permitted.
• Guests who wish to prepay their booking in full may contact the
Reservations Team directly to request a secure payment link for the
remaining balance. Please note that the 10% discretionary service charge
will still be payable on the day of the reservation and is not included in
advance payments.
• Clients with Individual Sun Lounger bookings are required to arrive before
14:00. After this time, the booking may be released for re-sale and
availability cannot be guaranteed. Late arrivals will be considered a “no
show,” and the deposit will be forfeited.
• Garden Area & Sunset Roof Garden Bookings
Guests with Garden Area Beds, Tables, Booths and Sunset Roof Garden
Beds, Tables, Booths and Sofas (excluding Individual Sun Loungers) must
arrive before 15:00. After this time, the reservation may be released for re-
sale. Late arrivals will be treated as a “no show,” and the deposit will be
forfeited.
• VIP Area Bookings
Guests with VIP Area Beds, Tables, Cabanas, Booths or Sofas must arrive
before 16:00. After this time, the reservation may be released for re-sale.
Late arrivals will be treated as a “no show,” and the deposit will be forfeited.
• If guests notify us in advance that they are running late, we may hold the
reservation for a maximum of 30 minutes beyond the scheduled arrival time
(until 15:30 for Garden and Sunset Roof Garden bookings, and until 16:30for VIP bookings). In exceptional circumstances, such as verified flight
delays or transport disruptions, management may extend this grace period
at its discretion. Guests who fail to arrive within the agreed time frame will
be considered a “no show,” and the area may be released for re-sale with
the deposit forfeited.
• All guests across all areas of the venue may enjoy the use of their reserved
bed, table, booth, cabana, sofa or lounger from 13:00 onwards.
• Guests with reservations on the Sunset Roof Terrace will be relocated to
another suitable area of the venue in the event that this section closes
earlier than scheduled. Closing times vary between 21:00 and 23:00,
depending on the event, day, and time of year.

O Beach Ibiza operates a strict no-refund policy in all circumstances,
including but not limited to early closure, adjusted operating hours, or
schedule changes.
• On the day of the booking, guests will be required to pay the remaining
balance on arrival at the bed/table/booth/cabana, plus a discretionary 10%
service charge which will be automatically added to all final bills.
• Management reserves the right to reallocate or substitute a booked bed,
table, or area at any time for operational, safety, maintenance, or event-
related reasons. While every effort will be made to honour original
placements, reallocation does not constitute grounds for refund or
compensation.
• In cases where a specific section of the venue is closed or access
restricted, guests will be relocated to an alternative area of equal or greater
suitability where possible. Such relocation does not constitute grounds for
refund or compensation.
• Management reserves the right to alter, vary, or substitute events,
performances, or entertainment schedules due to circumstances beyond
its control. While every effort will be made to provide advance notice where
possible, no refunds or compensation will be issued in such cases.• By reserving two or more beds under the same booking order, we are unable
to split the cost of the bill on the day. The cost will be charged on one bill, to
one table/bed.
• Bed prices are subject to change during the season as per the
Management’s discretion. In this instance, we are not obligated to reduce
the price of any previously booked bed in the event that the price for other
similar beds are reduced at a later time. We are also not obligated to notify
clients to let them know of a change in price to other beds.
• Management reserves the right to amend or correct the price of any booking
where an error or inaccuracy has occurred, whether on the website or
through the reservations team. In such cases, the booking will only be
honoured at the correct price, and O Beach Ibiza shall not be bound by any
incorrect rates that were published or confirmed in error.
• Bookings and deposits are non-transferable between venues, including our
sister venues such as Bam-Bu-Ku Ibiza.
• For group bookings involving two or more beds under the same reservation,
a single consolidated bill will be issued to one designated bed or table.
While multiple payment methods may be used to settle this bill, we are
unable to divide it across multiple beds or tables.
• No additional guests may join the reservation beyond the number stated on
the booking. Any exceptions are strictly subject to management approval
and may incur additional entry or minimum spend charges.
• Bed prices are subject to change at any time at the discretion of
management. O Beach Ibiza is under no obligation to adjust or reduce the
price of previously confirmed bookings should rates for similar beds change
later in the season, nor are we required to notify clients of such pricing
adjustments.
• Please always be aware of your belongings. O Beach Ibiza is not responsible
for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items within the venue.
• Please always be vigilant with your drinks. O Beach Ibiza is not responsible
for any unattended alcohol or beverages once served. Guests are reminded
not to leave drinks unattended.
• Guests who purchase a towel from the O Beach Boutique may take it
outside the venue only upon presentation of a valid purchase receipt at the
exit.• No credit or debit card details are stored once payment has been

• Guests are expected to vacate their reserved area at closing time or when
instructed by management or security. Belongings left behind will be
handled in accordance with our Lost Property Policy.
E TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Clients who have purchased Early Bird Tickets must arrive before 14:00.
Entry for General Admission Ticket holders cannot be guaranteed after this
time. In the event that the venue reaches full capacity, entry — even with a
valid ticket — may operate on a one-in, one-out basis at management’s
discretion.
• General Admission Tickets
Clients holding General Admission Tickets are welcome to arrive at any
time during opening hours. However, entry is subject to venue capacity, and
admission cannot be guaranteed once capacity has been reached. Westrongly recommend arriving early to make the most of your experience and
avoid possible delays at peak times.
• Ticket holders cannot be added to or combined with bed or table
reservations under any circumstances.
• Tickets are valid only for the specific date stated at the time of purchase
and must be presented upon entry to the venue.
• Please note that ticket prices listed on the O Beach website are advance
purchase rates, available only until 12:00 (midday) on the day of the event.
Entry purchased at the door may be subject to higher on-the-day pricing.
• Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including events
beyond our control. However, you may request to move your ticket to
another date within the same year if you contact us at least 7 days prior to
your original ticket date (subject to availability). Each ticket may be changed
once only within the same calendar year. The new ticket must be of equal or
greater value, and any price difference will not be refunded.
• A limited number of lockers with built-in phone chargers are available inside
the club. Guests are encouraged to use them to safely store personal
belongings and shoes during their visit.
Please note that the lockers include a fee, however you have full access to
open and close your locker throughout the course of the day.
• Tickets are sold subject to management’s right to alter, amend, or vary the
events calendar due to circumstances beyond its control, without
obligation to refund or exchange tickets.
• The purchaser represents and warrants that all tickets are for personal use
only and may not be resold or offered for resale under any circumstances.
Any resale or attempted resale will render the ticket void, and the holder
may be refused entry or removed from the venue without refund or
compensation.
• If an advertised event is changed or replaced, tickets will remain valid for
the same date. Guests who are unable to attend as a result of the change
may request to move their booking to another available date within the
same season, subject to management approval and availability. No refunds
will be issued under any circumstances.• Towels must remain inside the venue. Purchased towels from the O Beach
Boutique may be taken out only with proof of purchase.
• Entry and continued admission are subject to venue rules, dress code, and
management discretion. Guests displaying inappropriate, aggressive, or
unsafe behaviour may be refused entry or removed from the venue without
refund.
• O Beach Ibiza operates a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of
violence, harassment, or discriminatory behaviour.
• Management reserves the right to amend operating hours, close the venue
earlier than scheduled, or alter event timings at its discretion for
operational, safety, or weather-related reasons. No refunds or
compensation will be issued in such circumstances.
• Please always be aware of your belongings. O Beach Ibiza is not responsible
for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items within the venue.

for any unattended alcohol or beverages once served. Guests are reminded

RESTAURANT BOOKINGS
• All restaurant bookings are subject to a cost of €75 per person.
To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable prepayment of €50 per person is
required at the time of booking.
This prepayment is split as follows:
• €25 covers your entry fee.
• €25 is credited towards your restaurant minimum spend.
The remaining €25 per person to complete the €50 minimum spend is payable on
the day at the restaurant.
• All restaurant reservations are for 60 minutes. Please arrive promptly at
your confirmed time, as we cannot extend your table duration in the event
of late arrival.
• If you are unable to attend your booking, the prepayment is non-refundable.
However, you may request to move your reservation to another date within
the same calendar year if you contact us at least 7 days in advance, subject
to availability.
• Bed/table minimum spends, and restaurant spends are separate and
cannot be combined.
• Restaurant bookings include venue entry after your reservation once the
minimum spend has been settled.
• Please note that a discretionary 10% service charge will be automatically
added to all final bills.
• All tables are allocated by our team upon arrival.
THB OCEAN BEACH HOTEL GUESTS
• Guests staying at THB Ocean Beach Hotel who have booked their stay via
obeachibiza.com or thbhotels.com will receive free entry to O Beach Ibiza
from Monday to Sunday by showing their hotel wristband at the door of the
venue upon entry.
• Guests booking directly via O Beach website or THB website staying at
Naeco or Los Molinos will receive 50% discounted entry Monday to Sunday
plus one complimentary drinks ticket per person, per visit. Offer only
applies when paying at the door on the day of the event and showing their
hotel wristband. The same applies for any guests booking at any of the THB
hotels via a third party.
BONITO IBIZA HOTEL
Guests staying at Bonito Ibiza Hotel are entitled to exclusive O Beach Ibiza entry
benefits, depending on how their stay was booked.
Mondays | Wednesdays | Thursdays
• Guests booking directly via the O Beach Ibiza website receive free entry
before 16:00, which includes a VIP wristband.
After 16:00: 50% discounted entry applies for the remainder of the day,
including one drink and a VIP wristband.
• Guests booking via a third-party company receive free entry before 14:00,
including a VIP wristband.
After 14:00: 50% discounted entry applies all day, including one drink and a
VIP wristband.
Tuesdays | Fridays | Saturdays | Sundays
• Guests booking directly via the O Beach Ibiza website receive free entry
before 16:00, including a VIP wristband.
After 16:00: 50% discounted entry applies all day, including one drink and a
VIP wristband.
• Guests booking via a third-party company are entitled to 50% discounted
entry all day, including one drink and a VIP wristband.
Guests must present valid hotel proof of stay upon arrival. Entry is subject to venue
capacity, event conditions, and management discretion.
We advise arriving early to avoid queues or disappointment, particularly during
high season or special events.DRESS CODE
• O Beach Ibiza reserves the right to refuse admission for unsuitable attire.
Prohibited items and clothing include, but are not limited to:
• Body paint, fancy dress, or novelty costumes
• Hen and stag accessories such as veils, crowns, sashes, or matching t-
shirts/clothing
• Novelty or themed footwear
• Props of any kind, including inflatables
• Guests are expected to dress appropriately for a daytime pool environment.
Swimwear must be worn when entering the pool, and footwear is required
at all times when moving around the venue.
• Entry and continued admission remain at the discretion of management.
Refunds will not be issued to guests refused entry or removed from the
venue for failure to comply with the dress code.
• All guests must wear suitable footwear upon arrival and are required to
depart the venue respectfully dressed.
• Sporting team tops are strictly prohibited.
• Clothing displaying offensive language, imagery, or symbols will not be
permitted.
• You may not enter the pool fully clothed. Only appropriate swimwear is
permitted at all times.
• Please note that topless bathing is not permitted in the venue.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
• O Beach Ibiza does not provide storage facilities for luggage, large bags, or
bike helmets. These items are not permitted inside the venue
• All guests are responsible for their own personal belongings when attending
the venue. O Beach Ibiza accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to
personal property brought onto the premises.
• A limited number of lockers with built-in phone chargers are available inside
the club. Guests are encouraged to use them to safely store personal
belongings and shoes during their visit. Please note that the lockers includea fee; however, guests have full access to open and close their locker
throughout the course of the day.
• To help us provide the best possible service, please report any lost property
to our team as soon as possible. We will do our utmost to assist in reuniting
you with your belongings.
• Please always be vigilant with your drinks. O Beach Ibiza is not responsible
for any unattended alcohol or beverages once served. Guests are reminded
not to leave drinks unattended.
• Please note that all items found within the venue will be kept for up to 3
days. After this time, any unclaimed items will be handed to the Guardia
Civil in accordance with local regulations. Guests collecting lost property
must do so within the 3-day period. For enquiries beyond this timeframe,
please contact the Guardia Civil directly on 0034 971 34 05 02.
• O Beach Ibiza accepts no responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, any
personal items stored in lockers, phone charging units, or bed safes.
• Any personal items left unattended at the end of the day will be treated as
lost property and handled in accordance with the above policy.
• O Beach Ibiza reserves the right to remove any item left unattended if it is
deemed to obstruct, cause damage, or present a safety risk within the
venue.
• Guests are advised not to bring high-value items such as jewellery, cash, or
electronic devices into the venue. O Beach Ibiza cannot accept
responsibility for the loss or damage of such items under any
circumstances.
WATER JETS
Water jets operate throughout the day as part of the O Beach Ibiza entertainment
experience. These are positioned around and within the pool area and may
activate without prior notice.
Guests are advised to keep all phones, electronic devices, and valuables well
away from the pool and water jet areas. O Beach Ibiza accepts no responsibility for
any loss, damage, or malfunction of personal belongings caused by water
exposure, including during entertainment displays or jet activations.Entry to the venue and participation in poolside activities are at the guest’s own
risk.
FORCE MAJEURE
O Beach Ibiza operates a strict no-refund policy.
In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not
limited to adverse or unsafe weather conditions, natural disasters or acts of God,
government orders or safety directives, acts of terrorism, labour disputes, war,
epidemics, pandemics, or other national or regional emergencies — O Beach Ibiza
reserves the right to amend operating hours, event programming, or to close the
venue early or in full for the safety of guests and staff.
Where the venue remains open and operational, no refunds or compensation will
be issued under any circumstances.
If the venue is required to close in full, guests may be offered an alternative date
within the same season, subject to availability and provided the request is made
before 12:00 noon on the day of the original booking.
If no alternative date is available — such as at the end of the season — no refund
or compensation will be issued.
O Beach Ibiza further reserves the right to make operational adjustments on the
day of your reservation, including changes to event programming, opening or
closing times, or venue layout, where necessary for safety or operational reasons.
No refunds or compensation will be issued where the venue remains open and
operational, or where an alternative date is offered.
POOL SAFETY
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, please observe the following pool rules
at all times:
• Diving, jumping, running, or any unsafe behaviour around the pool area is
strictly prohibited.
• Glass, bottles, or sharp objects are not permitted in the pool.
• Pool depths range from approximately 0.4m to 1.4m. The pool does not
have a single point of deep entry – water remains shallow (ankle to calf
height) around the entire perimeter.• For ease of access, the pool includes both a gently sloping ramp and
elongated shallow steps, which meet current Spanish safety regulations.
• Guests are asked to take care when entering and exiting the pool. Non-slip
flooring is installed, but caution should still be exercised, especially when
wet.
• Guests must wear appropriate swimwear at all times when using the pool.
Entry is not permitted while fully clothed.
• Guests must follow the instructions of lifeguards, security, and venue staff
at all times. Lifeguards are on duty; however, guests enter the pool at their
own risk.
• Guests who appear intoxicated, unwell, or behaving in a way that may
endanger themselves or others may be refused pool access at
management’s discretion.
In case of Injury or accident, please make yourself known to our Staff. Please act
and drink responsibly inside the venue and the pool.
GENERAL SAFETY
Guest safety and wellbeing are our highest priority. We kindly ask all guests to act
responsibly and follow the guidance of security and venue staff at all times.
• Please keep hydrated throughout the day, especially during peak season
when temperatures are high.
• O Beach Ibiza promotes responsible drinking and prioritises guest welfare.
Guests who appear intoxicated, unwell, or behaving in a way that may
endanger themselves or others may be asked to visit our on-site infirmary
for assessment or care. Where necessary, management reserves the right
to refuse service or request that guests leave the venue for their own safety
and the safety of others.
• Drugs and illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the venue.
Anyone found in possession or under the influence will be removed and
reported to the authorities.• Please take care when moving around the venue, particularly near wet or
uneven surfaces. Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times.
• When opening bottles of champagne or sparkling wine:
• Press down firmly on the cork while loosening the wire cage.
• Never shake or point the bottle towards yourself or others.
• Once empty, please hand the bottle to a member of staff for safe
disposal.
• For everyone’s safety, glassware must remain in designated areas and must
not be taken into the pool.
• Guests must comply with all safety instructions given by management,
security, or staff. Failure to follow these instructions may result in removal
from the venue without refund.
• In the event of illness, injury, or accident, please notify a member of staff

• During busy periods, please be mindful of other guests and avoid
overcrowding or standing on furniture.
• Guests are expected to cooperate fully with security or emergency
personnel in the event of any incident.
• Any damage to venue property, furnishings, or equipment caused by a guest
(intentionally or through negligence) will be charged in full to the
responsible party.
Guests enter O Beach Ibiza and participate in all activities, including pool use and
entertainment, at their own risk. O Beach Ibiza shall not be held liable for any
injury, loss, or damage except where directly caused by the proven negligence of
the venue or its employees acting within the scope of their duties.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
O Beach Ibiza is not responsible for any services, products, or experiences
provided by third parties, including but not limited to transport, accommodation,
or external entertainment providers, even where such services are booked,
promoted, or recommended through O Beach Ibiza. All third-party arrangements
are subject to the individual provider’s terms and conditions.
ONLINE BOUTIQUE
O Beach Ibiza uses a trusted third-party provider for the distribution and delivery of
all items purchased through our online boutique.
While we make every effort to ensure prompt service, O Beach Ibiza is not
responsible for delivery times once an order has been dispatched.
